Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers. You will leverage your electrical knowledge to assist with product recommendations, provide installation support, clarify application details, and provide customer order status information.

Position Duties

- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and providing product information.
- Recommend product solutions, provide installation support and clarify usage/application details based on customer needs.
- Retrieve customer order information and ensure order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal departments to aid our customer's needs.

Qualifications

- Working knowledge of electrical installations and products
- Previous experience in electrical sales, electrical distribution, or electrical wiring for residential/commercial buildings a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in person
